With 22 years of tenure at Mocse Credit Union, 12 of which within the IT department, Misty has witnessed and contributed to the evolution of technology within the organization. Starting as a System Administrator, Misty progressed through the ranks to become a Senior System Administrator before assuming her current role as the Director of IT. In her current capacity, Misty not only manages the IT infrastructure but also holds responsibility for overseeing Business Intelligence and Digital Banking operations.
Misty’s participation in the Filene i2 program and Filene i3 Wave 19 innovation leadership program showcases her commitment to staying at the forefront of innovation within the credit union industry. These programs are prestigious and indicate Misty’s dedication to fostering innovation and driving positive change within Mocse CU.
